Christine Thacker
Faves
3 – 23 February 2025
‘Everything leaving the workspace is a fave but this group has the title because the outcome of each piece mystified and intrigued me the most both at first sight and now.
Individually they show a technical pursuit or aesthetic exploration from the past 30 years.
Some have been out in the world and some have never left home, until now.
All works are coil-built from various clays, painted with slip (liquid clay) and ceramic pigments and oxides. Most have undergone several kiln firings.’
